Villain 07: Roy Batty

Roy Batty, leader of the group of renegade replicants in Blade Runner, as portrayed by Rutger Hauer is the seventh villain in the Versus print series. Versus is a collaborative art project I’m doing with Fred DiMeglio. I chose Roy Batty as the subject based on the words shadowy, cunning, city and countdown, which were used to describe Fred’s Catwoman print, the sixth villain in the series. 3 color screenprint created using rubylith and ink on velum.
